BJ was awesome to work with. He knew the area I was looking to buy extremely well and had access to units that weren't even on MLS. He was able to tell me about each of the condo buildings, which were great places and good investments and where to stay away. When it came time to buy it was the easiest close I've ever done. He also has fantastic connections to the area- he was able to recommend a great loan officer. When it comes time to sell he will be my first call.
