1 Buyer, 12 Off Market Listings

One of my clients called me up seeing if we could help him find something he didn’t think existed with our current low inventory of listings. This was a long time college buddy who was moving back here to Minnesota from the West Coast and after he had been searching for all available homes for sale on all the most popular real estate websites (yes, all those famous ones) it left him feeling greatly discouraged.

Once we reconnected I told him about Roost joining Compass and some of the benefits we have as Compass agents that others can’t offer ⏤ one being Compass Private Exclusives. After our preliminary phone call where I interviewed him on what he was looking for; we went hunting for what he was looking for. We reached out to my fellow Compass agents to see what they had coming to the market this spring and if they had anything else they could think of to offer based on my client's preferences that we could check out.

Within 48 hours, I was able to provide him with quite a few ideas based on his requirements. In fact, I presented him with a total 12 Off-Market Listings ranging from Condo's located in Downtown Minneapolis to single family homes West of the cities.

He was able to put an offer on one of these houses, which got accepted right away. He was thrilled with what we found him and is excited for his new move this Spring.
