One of the few housing complexes connected to the skyway system is Centre Village. This connection makes living at the Centre Village extremely ideal and gives you easy access to most of downtown Minneapolis. You can get to shopping, restaurants, and maybe even work without ever having to be outside.
Centre Village was initially built in 1985 with a plan to be a multi-functional building. The idea was a single building could house businesses, homes, and hotels. It is impeccably designed and ideally suited for anyone who wants a sophisticated condo in the heart of downtown Minneapolis.
Centre Village is across the street from the Government Center, which is known for the beautiful gardens and flowers surrounding it. The amenities, as well as the location, makes Centre Village one of the most desirable housing units in the city.
Inside the building is 235 condominiums spread out over 26 stories. Residents can choose a studio style condo, or a one or two bedroom unit. All of the units are between 800 and 1,700 SqFt so you can select the amount of space that fits your lifestyle. Every tastefully laid out home offers owners bright, open spaces.
The roof contains a fantastic pool that emanates luxury. In the summer, you will enjoy having an oasis to cool off, tan, or lounge with friends. From the roof, you can enjoy the variety of unique structures that adorn the area. There are designs from Kohn Pederson, Edward Charles Bassett, and Helmut Jahn that you are sure to enjoy.
Also on site, you will find a large sundeck with grills and seating for enjoying a nice evening outside. There is also a party room you can reserve for entertaining. You can enjoy a hot tub and a sauna if you want to relax after a long day at the office.
If you like to start your day with a brisk workout, there is an on-site gym and fitness center that offers you all you need to stay in shape. Centre Village is also pet-friendly, so if your pup or kitty makes your home feel like home, they can be waiting for you every evening.
Included in your Homeowners Association Fees is outdoor and building maintenance so the snow will be taken care of, as well as all the landscaping. All of these amenities and easy access to downtown through the skyway makes Centre Village ideal.
